We offer a 14-day free return service for most physical products. The return period starts on the day you receive your order. Within 14 calendar days, you may return items for any personal reason.
2. Return Shipping Fee
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for 14-day voluntary returns. This includes all logistics fees, handling fees and related charges for sending items back to our warehouse.
We will cover the return shipping fee only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistakes.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with all original packaging, tags and accessories. Products that show signs of use or cannot be resold will not be accepted for return.
Customized items, personal hygiene products, consumables and clearance goods are non-returnable.
4. Return Process
1. Contact our support team within 14 days after delivery to submit a return request.
2. After approval, we will provide the return address. Please send back the item within 7 days and upload the tracking number.
3. We will inspect the returned item. Once confirmed qualified, we will process the refund within 3-7 business days.
5. Refund Rules
Only the product purchase price will be refunded. Original shipping fees, transaction fees and exchange rate differences are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by customer-side return shipping.
